This program is an online leadership certificate that can be obtained in 11 months. Students will learn from a specific program that begins with foundational business topics followed by broadening topics such as conflict, project management, and change management, concluding with a specialization topic that students will pick from a list of possible electives. Courses are eight weeks in length and take a total of 11 months to complete. The groups meet in a cohort format and will work on a capstone project that will culminate when they graduate.
This program is designed for non-degree seeking individuals. However, the credits will transfer to a degree, and for individuals seeking a degree, then the regular Purdue admissions policies will apply.
