Dynamic Works Institute staff hold at a minimum a Bachelor's degress with all of the current staff holding a Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Additionally, Dynamic Works staff are skilled in the area of workforce, education and training. Our trainers and content creators are the topc of their field with both education and experience needed to provide excellent program delivery.
Dynamic Works Institute is proud to present our Apprenticeship Curriculum; a robust combination of self-paced and live training provided to include 150 hours of content. Beginning with a welcome webinar to launch the program; participants will then actively engage in topics covering workforce 101, becoming an emergent leader, self and customer awareness, benefits and strategies of working with businesses as well as tips to support specialty populations. Live support sessions are also offered quarterly to provide all participants a platform to interact with other apprenticeship program members to encourage discussion, offer opportunity to ask questions, and share lessons learned, challenges and winning moments. Finally, a conclusion webinar to wrap up the program and collect feedback are all encompassing within the 150 Hours of training.
This program does not require prerequisites however, all participants are selected or recommended by the point of contact of the agency served.
There are no application deadlines. Cohorts can start at any time.
