Home Health Aide Competency Skills training/ Competency Evaluation student: 75hrs instructional training including 16 hours of clinical skills competency. $450/per student. HHA training for HHA certification is conducted in office and does not require an outside clinical location for training. Training may be scheduled individually or group training is available for Home Care staffing agencies/ CNA- Nurse Aide training- 105 state required instructional hours 65 class room/ instructional hours 40 hours of preceptor mediated clinical skills training. Clinical training site is provided $1000-per student: includes states testing fees, training guide, clinical assessment materials. CNA student candidate’s enrollment requirements: valid ID, criminal background check, no HS diploma is required by ISDH for CNA certification. All ISDH certified CNA require in servicing bi-annually to maintain certification**** 12 hour In-servicing fee is $100 Qualified Medication Aide training-100 state required instructional hours. 60- in class instruction. 40 hours of clinical training/ competency review practice. Clinical training must be pre-established through your employer. The HOPE center doesn’t accommodate clinical site location. The Hope center can provide clinical site opportunities with current vendors. You must be in good standing with the clinical site company. IE; previously employed by an ASC or Commicare facility and are in-good standing/ eligible for rehire. **** $1200 includes states testing fees, books and medication reference guide. ISDH guidelines require all QMA student candidates have the following in order to test for state certification; High school diploma, 1000 hours of CNA work experience, criminal back ground check****6 hour annual In-servicing $100
