Program Description:

This program is designed to provide competence to individuals who undergo the nursing aide training (NAT)program. The NAT program is state approved and includes hybridlearning which it more appealling to today's workforce and on-site lab and clinical training. Each individual will be mentored by an advanced practice registered nurse who understands the need of the workforce and patient population along with their demands. This mentor bridges the gap between the necessary skills and mindset needed to provide high quality person centered healthcare.
