All program faculty are either full-time Purdue University faculty or represent Purdue as Limited Term Lecturers who are vetted against the Purdue standards for teaching. The minimum credential required to teach these courses is a master's degree.
This program is an online supply chain certificate that can be obtained in 11 months. Students will learn from a specific plan of study that begins with foundational topics followed by broadening topics such as Human Factors for Technology Systems and Warehouse and Inventory Management. The program concludes with a specialization topic such as Technical and Service Selling and Advanced Industrial Safety and Health Management. Courses are eight weeks in length and take a total of 11 months to complete. The groups meet in a cohort format and will work together throughout their specific coursework.
This program is designed for non-degree seeking individuals. However, these credits will transfer to a degree, and for individuals seeking a degree, the regular Purdue admissions policies will apply. For individuals who already possess a bachelor's degree, the admissions pre-requisites are considered fulfilled.
*Spring = approximately November 1; *Fall = approximately June 15; *Summer = approximately April 1. We anticipate rolling enrollment that will not require such strict deadlines, however, at the present time, we will follow Purdue University Academic Calendar guidelines for admission.
